*1 Year Manufacturer Warranty:
Included with your purchase, the 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty protects your product from defects due to manufacturing errors. Products are protected for one year, and we will replace the defective product with a brand new device. Products damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence are not eligible. This warranty is not transferable.
We understand that accidents happen. Accident coverage is 1 free “oops!” replacement. This covers any weather damage, drops, falls, kid damage, pet damage and more! We know the list could go on and on but rest easy – you're protected with Accident Coverage. Accident Coverage does not cover damage due to unapproved repairs or modifications. When in doubt, contact us first!
Here's How It Works:
In the unlikely event your product stops working, give us a call at 1-800-657-8214, , or send us an email. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 4:30pm PST. A Customer Care Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to receive your replacement product.
The Fine Print:
Protection Plans must be redeemed by the original purchaser and only covers products purchased directly from Ultimate Bark Control. Pictures of your product may be requested before the warranty can be processed.
Protection Plans do not reset when you receive a replacement. These plans, including accident coverage do not cover lost or stolen merchandise.
Protection Plans are only available for purchase within the first 60-days of your purchase. Customer service needs to be contacted for post purchase of our warranties.
No more than 2 replacements sent within 1 calendar year, unless otherwise approved by a member of Ultimate Bark Control or Good Life Inc customer service.
Warranties are not combinable with Discounts offered on Ultimate Bark Control.
Warranties are non-refundable, and do not fall under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Good Life Inc. reserves the right to cancel, limit or deny protection plans without notification.
