Orders placed after 10am Central / 8am PST will ship the following business day.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping applies on most US orders to the lower 48 states. Some products or shipping addresses may not apply.

Free return shipping applies to all US orders, in all 50 states.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on your location, you should receive your order in 10 business days or less. Business days do not include weekends or major US holidays.

Where does my order ship from?

Your order will ship from our distribution center in Grand Prairie, TX.

What are my shipping options?

UPS SurePost® and UPS Ground

Both methods ship in 1 business day after you place your order. Depending on your address, that will determine which shipping method is used.

Your order will arrive 2-7 business days after the order is shipped. Total delivery time is 2-10 business days.

Orders placed after 10am central / 8am PST will not ship out until the following business day.

Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via UPS SurePost®, allowing UPS to deliver your package to your local Post Office.

Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will ship using UPS SurePost®.

Australia and New Zealand Customers

Your order ships from our distribution center in Tamworth, NSW, Australia. Processing time is 1—2 working days after you place your order. Total delivery time is 5—8 working days within Australia; 7—12 working days for New Zealand.

Orders below 5kg are shipped by Australia Express Post; orders 5 kg and above are shipped by Australia Parcel Post. New Zealand orders ship via Australia International Standard Post.

Order Changes

You may make changes or cancel your order for free as long as it has not yet shipped. Cancellations and changes must be made before 8am PST.

 

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your shipment will be delivered on time, except when it is delayed due to causes beyond our control. Shipping and handling costs (including duties or taxes) cannot be refunded based on these types of delays. These include but are not limited to: adverse weather, natural disasters, civil disruptions, holidays, carrier interruptions, and delays caused by customs or other local governments.

 

Refused Packages

Packages refused at the time of delivery are subject to an additional fee, which will be taken out of any eligible refunds after the package is returned.
