For best results we recommend removing your dog’s regular collar and tags while using the BarkWise Collar to prevent false activations from the sound of tags.

Can I use BarkWise during walks?

Yes. We recommend attaching your dog’s leash to a separate harness. If you do not have a harness, turn the bark sensitivity off and use the remote control to activate BarkWise manually.

Can BarkWise be used with an invisible fence?

We recommend you do not use any ultrasonic bark control devices in combination with invisible fence systems, as the frequencies are similar and may confuse the dog.

What size of dogs can BarkWise be used on?

There are no restrictions on dog size. The collar is adjustable between 6–24″ and fits the contours of your dog's neck. It weighs only 2.2 oz.

Can I use BarkWise with a puppy?

Please consult your veterinarian before using this product with puppies under 1-year of age.

What is the remote control used for?
