    The Guardian™

The Guardian ultrasonic and sonic pest repeller with motion sensor – humane device to deter bats, rodents, raccoons, squirrels, deer, and other animals
    The Guardian™
    The Guardian™ — Indoor/Outdoor Cat & Pest Repeller

Keep Cats Out of Your Yard — Without Chemicals or Traps

The Guardian™ targets the exact frequencies cats can't tolerate — just dial to Setting 3 and let its sonic, ultrasonic, and predator-call speakers do the work. With a 60 ft thermal motion sensor and 5,000 ft² of coverage, it detects and deters cats the moment they step onto your property. And because it also repels deer, raccoons, squirrels, skunks, bats, mice, rats, and more, you get complete yard protection in one device.

    SELECT-A-PEST TECHNOLOGY

One Dial. Four Settings. Every Pest Covered.

The Guardian™'s Select-a-Pest dial lets you target specific pest groups with the frequencies they find most irritating. Just turn to the right setting for your problem — The Guardian™ does the rest.

    SETTING 3

Keep Cats and Squirrels Out of Your Garden

    SETTING 3

Keep Cats and Squirrels Out of Your Garden

Neighborhood cats using your garden as a litter box? Squirrels raiding your bird feeders? Setting 3 targets the frequency range that cats, squirrels, opossums, and chipmunks find unbearable. Place The Guardian™ near garden beds, porches, or anywhere they're getting in — the motion sensor handles the rest.

    SETTING 1

Stop Deer From Destroying Your Landscaping

    SETTING 1

Stop Deer From Destroying Your Landscaping

Deer can wipe out a garden overnight. Setting 1 targets the lower frequencies deer respond to, covering up to 5,000 ft² — enough to protect your landscaping, vegetable garden, or full yard perimeter.

    SETTING 2

Drive Raccoons Away From Your Property

    SETTING 2

Drive Raccoons Away From Your Property

Raccoons getting into your garbage, nesting under your deck, or tearing up your lawn? Setting 2 drives them out with frequencies tuned to their hearing range. Pair with the detachable strobe light for nighttime deterrence when raccoons are most active.

    SETTING 4

Clear Bats and Rodents From Enclosed Spaces

    SETTING 4

Clear Bats and Rodents From Enclosed Spaces

Hearing scratching in the attic? Setting 4 pushes into the highest ultrasonic frequencies — well above human hearing — to clear out bats, mice, and rats. Use the strobe light in dark spaces like attics and basements for maximum effect.

Activate on Approach, Repel on Contact

Activate on Approach, Repel on Contact

The Guardian™'s thermal motion sensor detects cats and other unwanted animals from up to 60 feet away — twice the range of most single-purpose repellers. The moment a cat enters your yard, it triggers a combination of sonic, ultrasonic, and predator-call deterrents that activate on approach and keep working until the animal leaves.

    Multiple Power Options

    How It Works

    Power It Up
Use the included AC adapter or batteries so you can place The Guardian™ wherever cats are a problem — gardens, porches, flower beds, or anywhere else.

    Install It Anywhere
Mount it with a clear line of sight toward the area you want to protect, like a garden entrance or the edge of your porch. The optional Pan & Tilt Mounting Bracket makes aiming easy.

    Choose Your Setting
Turn the Select-a-Pest dial to Setting 3 for cats. The Guardian™ will automatically cycle through optimized sound patterns that target their hearing range.

    Let It Detect
A specialized thermal sensor wakes the device when cats — or any unwanted animals — move into range and triggers sound and strobe to drive them off.

    Frequently asked questions

Does The Guardian™ really repel cats?

Yes. Setting 3 targets the ultrasonic frequency range that cats find extremely irritating — well within their 48 Hz to 85 kHz hearing range. Most cats begin avoiding the protected area within the first few days, though strongly habituated cats may take 2–4 weeks of consistent use to fully learn to stay away.

Will The Guardian™ hurt the cats?

No. The Guardian™ is 100% humane. It uses sound and light to make the area unpleasant for cats — no chemicals, no traps, no physical contact. Cats simply learn to avoid the area over time.

I have my own indoor cats. Will The Guardian™ bother them?

If your cats stay indoors, they won't be affected. The Guardian™'s sound frequencies do not penetrate walls, so indoor cats will not hear them. However, if your cats go outdoors into the protected area, they will hear the deterrent sounds.

How do I set The Guardian™ to repel different types of pests?

Use the Frequency Dial on the back. Setting 1: Deer; Setting 2: Raccoons, flying foxes; Setting 3: Squirrels, cats, opossums, chipmunks; Setting 4: Bats, mice, rats. For cats specifically, Setting 3 is the most effective.

    How does the motion-sensor work?

The Guardian™ uses a thermal sensor that detects small changes in heat within 60ft. Small animals may not generate enough heat; in that case, use the continuous sound setting.

Where should I place the unit for best results?

Place it in a central, open area so the sound frequencies can be projected as far as possible. Do not block the sensor.

Can I use it under my house?

Yes. As long as the area is no larger than 5,000 ft², one unit should be sufficient. The optional strobe light is recommended for dark areas.

Will The Guardian™ bother my pets?

Your pets may hear some frequencies. However, if the unit is outdoors and pets are indoors, the sound will not penetrate walls and bother them.

What pests does The Guardian™ work for?

Cats, armadillos, bats, deer, mice, opossums, possums, raccoons, rats, skunks, and squirrels.

    What pests are NOT repelled?

The sounds emitted by The Guardian™ do not typically repel insects or birds.

Can one unit cover my entire attic?

Yes, as long as it is one open room no larger than 5,000 ft². Use the strobe light for best results with squirrels and raccoons.

Does The Guardian™ kill any pests?

No. It is a humane electronic device designed to repel pests without harming them.

If I have pests in both my front and back yard, will I need 2 units?

Yes. Sound frequencies cannot go through solid objects like walls, so you would need one unit for each area.

Will I or my neighbors be able to hear it?

The lower settings (for deer/raccoons) are audible. Higher settings are generally ultrasonic and not audible to humans.
